We offer:

  • A 3-day trial, charged with a $1.99 USD processing fee
  • After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at $35 USD per month unless cancelled before the trial ends
  • All charges are processed in USD

4. Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely by certified third-party payment processors. MySelene does not store or access your payment details.

  • The $1.99 USD trial fee is charged at sign-up
  • The $35 USD monthly subscription begins automatically after the 3-day trial unless cancelled
  • Prices are shown and billed in USD
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard
  • A cancel link is included in all order-related emails
  • You may also cancel by emailing support@myselene.com
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

At MySelene, we care deeply about your experience. As a digital company, we understand that expectations may vary, and your satisfaction matters to us.

If you feel disappointed, frustrated, or believe you’ve been charged in error, please reach out to us first at support@myselene.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue — including offering a refund if appropriate.

Our support team typically responds within 12 hours, and we handle refund requests with care and flexibility.

We kindly ask that you contact us before submitting a dispute through your bank — we can help you much faster and more easily.

6. Ownership & Rights
