  • Remote Agreement: Any contract formed between the Company and Client using only digital communication.
  • Services: Personality insights, entertainment-based face reading, and associated offerings provided online or via the App.

3. What We Offer

  • Our services are intended solely for personal entertainment. They are not to be interpreted as professional or clinical advice.
  • We offer monthly memberships which renew automatically unless cancelled before the next cycle begins.
  • We also provide a 3-day paid introductory period, which converts to a recurring plan unless terminated before the trial concludes. The trial fee is not refundable.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your dashboard or by emailing support@myselene.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period.

4. Billing & Payment

  • All transactions are processed securely by third-party platforms like Paddle or other certified processors. We do not collect or retain your payment credentials.
  • Pricing is typically shown in EUR, unless otherwise noted.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically under the current rate unless cancelled.

Refund Policy:

  • You may request a refund within a reasonable time if you're unsatisfied. Each case is assessed individually.
  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Ownership & Rights

  • All rights to the content, software, and materials belong exclusively to MySelene.
  • You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use our digital content for non-commercial purposes only.
  • Republishing, sharing, or reselling our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are designed for entertainment and should not replace expert advice (e.g., medical, psychological, legal).
  • We do not guarantee results or outcomes.
  • MySelene is not responsible for interruptions outside our control (e.g., network issues, third-party failures).

7. Age Guidelines

  • Our services are built with adults in mind. However, we do not impose a strict age limit.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate use by minors.

8. Data & Privacy
